We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, patients, and our families. We kindly require your cooperation. Our practice follows the safety precautions provided by Ministry of Health for in-person care during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you are visiting the clinic, we ask that you respect the following guidelines.

You will receive an automated email with a link to a covid screening tool on the day of your visit. Please complete it prior to your arrival. Your responses will be securely updated in your patient record. If you are a new patient, you will also recieve a Registration Form by email. Copies are available in the clinic for those who need printed documents.

Remove your outdoor footwear at the front door of the clinic. There is a bench where you may sit to remove your shoes.

Maintain 2m/6ft distance from staff and other patients, unless otherwise directed during examination or treatment.

If you are accompanied or require a driver, they must wait in the car unless you need special assistance. See note about accompanying a child.

Only one parent/guardian should accompany a child. If you’d like to be virtually joined by second parent, ask us prior to making a call and refrain from recording. Calls should be placed on speaker.

We appreciate your cooperation. We will take necessary precautions to ensure your visit is a safe one for all of us. We hope to be able to continue to serve our community and ensure our patients receive the care they need.
