As part of our initial launch online booking is limited to a select number of new patients. A password is required to access the booking link.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO BOOK ONLINE?
As a specialist medical practice, we accept new patients by referral only. Once your referral has been accepted, a member of our administrative team will register you in our patient database. We will then triage your referral and determine if you are eligible to book your initial consultation using our online booking tool.
You will receive a call or email that will direct you to book online and provide you with a password. You will need to enter your OHIP healthcare number and date of birth. If you do not have an OHIP card, you will not be able to book online.
If you require assistance in booking an appointment online or over the phone, please contact our office.
If you have been referred to our office in the last 14 days, but have not been contact with instruction or support to book an appointment, please wait for a member of our team to reach out to you. If you have not received a call within 14 days, we advise you to contact us to check on the status of your referral.
