I was very concerned about my eye condition, but Dr. Al Karmi was amazing at reassuring me with both technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. The way he calmly explained everything and even spoke with the pharmacist with me to make sure my treatment medication was handled properly was in my opinion above and beyond.
